WordPress announced a major milestone release. It sports a tremendous amount of new features for both users and developers. If you do upgrade from 2.0.x, make sure to back up your previous installation — you cannot go back. (Download)

Teli - Are your templates compatible with 2.1? I’ve heard that a lot of plugins are not, but haven’t had enough time to check everything yet. I’m hesitant to do upgrades until I have a chance to fully test.
