WordPress 2.3 beta 1 was released not too long ago and it’s time for the major bug hunt. A lot has changed in this version although the version has only gone from 2.2 to 2.3. It should go without saying that you really shouldn’t upgrade a production (live) blog until the final stable release of 2.3 is released. While the beta is relatively stable, there could still be some pesky bugs lurking around in there. This version is for exploring and I’ve already downloaded my version to play with. I should have a detailed report online soon, because I’m truly excited about this release.
