A little while I ago, I was struck by inspiration to create a new WordPress theme. It had been a while since I released a theme and for some odd reason, I was itching to do it.

So, I started doodling in Photoshop, but I wasn’t liking anything I was coming up with. Suddenly, a few elements began congealing into something more – something I could definitely live with.

Eventually, it turned into something completely different from what I originally envisioned, but I’m not complaining.

So, with that brief introduction, I bring you a glimpse at my upcoming WordPress theme, which I’ve dubbed Supr Preppy. It’s a three column theme with lots of color set on a dark background.

Although you can’t see it from the screen shot, there are actually 6 possible colors — the ones you can’t see are yellow, green and orange.

It’s still in development, so I may make a few final tweaks before I officially release it. I’d love to hear what you think of it, so don’t be shy.
