As you can tell, I’m back on the blog and will be playing the “catch up” game for a little while as I try to get this site back in order, get in touch with each of my clients, and finish the surprise I had for OptiNiche customers. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who sent emails or left comments with their condolences and prayers.
Delays in correspondence:
I truly do apologize for anyone who experienced any delays in correspondence from me over the past few days. I try very hard to answer all questions/comments I receive in a timely manner, however, I do have a lot to catch up on — not only online, but around my home as well. Below are some things you can do to make things a little easier all around.
- Please be sure to read the FAQ before submitting any questions.
- If you are asking a question regarding OptiNiche and you’ve purchased it please include your Transaction ID number.
- It’s important to provide me with as much information as possible in order for me to help you. That includes any applicable web addresses, logins, links, code, errors, etc.
- Also, please verify that the email address used for contact is fully functional.
- If you don’t receive a response right away, I am not intentionally ignoring you.
A Surprise
I have been working on a surprise - well, not really, but I’d like to think of it as one - for the OptiNiche customers. I was almost finished and planned to launch it on Monday Oct. 24, however, that is the same Monday that hurricane Wilma struck my home and I lost power. So, if you are a previous OptiNiche customer, get ready to check your inbox this Monday for a little announcement.
The second surprise is actually more of a surprise, but it won’t be exclusive to OptiNiche customers. However, they will get first dibs when it’s released and although the timeline has been delayed for its launch, it is still expected to be completed within the next two weeks. I am very excited about this project.
Not So Much of A Surprise
It’s no secret, or it shouldn’t be, that I’m working to expand on my video tutorials section of the blog and I’ve been taking wish lists requests for the tutorials to include, but you can expect that to be launching soon as well.
If there’s a video tutorial you’d like to see made, then don’t be shy - let me know and I’ll see if I can add it on to the project list.
Newsletter Updates
Yes, I know I am extremely behind with the newsletter updates and Wilma only delayed it even further, but you can expect the most recent newsletter to hit your inbox on the heels of this entry.
I will resume my regular newsletter schedule of Tues. evenings, however, I may end up moving it to Wed. morning depending on which time my readers prefer. I will be testing that over the next few weeks and if you’d like to offer your opinion, please don’t be shy.
Case Studies and Brain Storming
Nope, haven’t forgotten about the open case studies and brainstorming ideas. Once my holiday websites are all finished up, then I will be updating the two case studies which will become my focus for next year.
I should probably also note that I focus on building business type sites instead of quick blogs, so these case studies will most likely carry on over a period of time and I will try to make them as in depth as possible.
Did I forget anything?
I surely hope not, but if I did, please email me, send me a message, or leave a comment and I will be sure to address it as soon as possible.

[SHAME]
I’ve only just checked the blog after a couple of weeks and didn’t even realise what’s been going on …
Glad to hear you’re OK …
Cheers
Nick

Hey Teli,
Welcome back from your “holiday”.
I’ve got a few WP questions,
and I’ll save them for a while
’till you are back in the swing of things.

Thank you guys for the well wishes.
I’m very glad to be back - it’s just the ‘catching up’ part that’s got me a little under the weather.
Jim, feel free to ask away and I’ll answer as soon as I can
