What does OptiNiche mean?

I haven’t received any log in details, what should I do?

Remember to check your PayPal e-mail address because that is where the confirmation message will be sent.

If you ordered with an echeck, you will not receive your login details until the echeck clears. If you didn’t pay with an echeck and you don’t receive your login details, make sure to check your email spam filters for the confirmation message.

Sometimes there are delays in cyber space and it may take a little longer to receive your message. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within an hour, please feel free to send a message with your transaction details and I will forward your confirmation email. [back]

I can’t log into the download area, what should I do?

The download area has been merged with the blog admin panel. You will now need to log into the blog in order to download your products.

I can’t log in to the blog or remember my password, what should I do?

If you are having problems logging in, please make sure that

  • Your browser has cookies enabled
  • You copied and pasted the exact username (your email address) and password
  • Your username and password do not contain any extra spaces before or after them (this is the most common reason)

If you receive an invalid password error or have forgotten your password, your password cannot be recovered. You will need to use the “lost password” link in order to reset your password.

Your user ID is the email address used for payment and the email address is the email address listed in your profile (usually the payment email address unless you’ve changed it). [back]

Why can’t I see the private entries?

Verify that your order went through without any problems. If you’ve paid with an echeck, you will not be able to log into your account until it clears.

If your order has already clear or you didn’t pay with an echeck, verify that you’ve logged into the blog with the details provided in your confirmation e-mail. Then make sure to clear your browser’s cache before trying to access the private entries.

If you do not want to fully clear the cache, you can do a forced refresh of any page by hitting Ctrl+F5.

If you’ve logged into the blog, cleared your browser’s cache and are still unable to see the protected entries, please make sure your cookies are enabled.

First, make sure that you have the most current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.

If you are still having difficulties opening the PDF document, contact me with the following information:

  • Your OS and version (e.g. Windows XP, Mac OSX, etc.)
  • Your version of Acrobat Reader. You can find the version number by opening the Reader and clicking on “Help->About Acrobat Reader”
